3. Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm any booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed terms before or on the service date.
- Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of the service without a refund.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable (see our Refund & Dispute Policy for full details).
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may incur additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information and necessary access for us to perform the services.
- Any delays or issues caused by the client may affect the final service outcome, and we are not liable for such circumstances.
6. Media Usage & Intellectual Property
- Any content, photos, videos, or other materials created by [Your Company Name] remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to use any media captured during our services for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- If you do not wish for your media to be used, you must explicitly request this before or after the service is provided, and we will respect your request.

- We strive for high-quality service but are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, weather conditions, or third-party disruptions.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

- Disputes will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Dispute Policy.
