Refund Policy

At EuroVideoPro, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following guidelines:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion if services have not yet been rendered or significant issues arise on our end.
  • If a service has been completed partially or fully, no refunds will be provided.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at eurovideopro@gmail.com within 7 days of the service date with details of your request.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to reach out to us first so we can work towards a resolution.

  • Contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss any issues.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the terms outlined in our service agreement.
  • If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide supporting evidence to the payment processor regarding the services rendered.
