Cancellation Policy
At EuroVideoPro, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your event. While we strive to accommodate our clients, our scheduling and resource allocation require us to maintain a clear cancellation policy to ensure the sustainability of our business.
Deposit & Cancellation Terms
- When accepting a quote for our services, the deposit amount is agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the event date will result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date may be subject to additional charges, up to the full balance of the agreed service fee, depending on the resources already allocated and expenses incurred.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. However, a new deposit may be required, and rescheduling does not guarantee the transfer of the initial deposit unless otherwise agreed.
